OUR STORY
Attendance shouldn't depend on another scanner.
Perimetrr began with a familiar frustration: equipment that kept failing, and a company that kept paying to replace it.
Buy. Break. Replace. Repeat.
At our founder’s workplace, fingerprint attendance scanners would stop working after just a few weeks or months. The company would buy another, only to face the same problem again.
That experience raised a simple question: why should keeping an attendance record depend on a dedicated machine that needs replacing?
A different starting point.
People already arrive at work with a phone. Perimetrr was built around that: let staff record attendance from their phones, and give managers a clear view of the working day—without buying a fingerprint scanner for every office.
The goal wasn't just to replace a machine. It was to make the routine simpler: setting up a team, checking arrivals, reviewing late check-ins and managing hybrid schedules.
One office. Or a growing network.
A small team needs an easy daily routine. A business with several branches needs visibility without losing each location’s own rules. Command Center handles a workspace’s attendance; Watch Tower gives authorized organization members a view across their branches.
What guides us.
- Use what teams already have. Attendance from a phone, without dedicated attendance hardware.
- Make the record useful. Help managers understand arrivals and exceptions, not just collect more numbers.
- Be clear about the checks. Location checks and browser pairing support attendance verification; they aren't a promise that fraud is impossible.
- Improve with the people using it. Real workplace experience started Perimetrr. Feedback from real teams should keep shaping it.
Presence you can prove. A working day you can understand.
